We are available to assist clients with the collection of outstanding accounts from their customers. This process begins with the mailing out of demand letters to the delinquent person or company. If the account is not then cleared up, legal steps can be taken through the court system to obtain a Judgment and Writ which can be registered at the Personal Property Registry or at Land Titles. It may also be possible for wages or bank accounts to be garnished or for personal property to be seized.
