We supply many Corporate services starting with the actual Incorporation; doing ongoing Corporate Annuals, Dividend Minutes & documentation pertaining to Redemption of Shares. We also work with Accountants doing Corporate Reorganizations. In conjunction with incorporating we also do Unanimous Shareholder & Buy-Sell Agreements. We also provide services relating to asset or share sales or purchases. We have also incorporated a new software solution called Emergent which allows us to create virtual minute books so that we can simply send a link to our clients and their professional advisors so they can review the Minute Book without actually having a physical copy.

Estates

We provide all related Estate services requiring Applications for Probate or Administration. This can be as simple as doing an Affidavit of Surviving Joint Tenant to doing a complex Estate Administration involving Real and Personal Property, Collectibles, Stocks, Bonds, Bank and Investment Accounts. Our services are directed to family with empathy and compassion as practicing in a small center, many deceased were well known to our office.
