Our office has years of experience in the preparation of court documents. We work directly with the Office of the Public Guardian and the Office of the Public Trustee to ensure that the necessary applications are made in the best interest of the Represented Adult. Our office prepares applications for Supported Decision-Making, Co-Decision-Making Applications and full Guardianship and Trusteeship Applications.
